About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Linguistics Graduate to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing 1:1 support to individuals, helping them to overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, child-centred support to individuals, tailored to their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop targeted plans to address these.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, including parents and caregivers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A First Class Linguistics degree from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and families.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • A passion for working with children and families, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred support.
