Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and support students' attendance, behavior, and academic performance
- Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff on all pastoral issues
- Develop and implement support plans for students with additional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and external agencies to promote student well-being
- Lead assemblies and year group events focused on personal development and school values
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in students' lives. You will need:
- Experience working in a pastoral or educational support role within a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- The ability to manage and resolve conflict sensitively and effectively
- A proactive and compassionate approach to student care, with a keen understanding of safeguarding practices
