Job Summary:

Holt Engineering is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead our production planning and scheduling team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and manufacturing, with extensive experience in production planning and master scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the planning team to achieve high performance levels
  • Ensure capacity and capability planning
  • Conduct resource planning, materials estimating, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and health and safety standards
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for the team through coaching and motivation
  • Utilize planning tools such as MRP and ERP to process tasks
  • Generate accurate reports and conduct root cause analysis

Requirements:
