As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged from 3 months to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and education to children, promoting their health, wellbeing, and development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and growth.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure seamless transitions and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
Requirements:
- Qualified to at least Level 3 in childcare studies or equivalent.
- Experience in a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Paediatric first aid qualifications and an enhanced DBS check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
