**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for processing vehicle orders, building relationships with customers, and supporting the team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive impression of the company and building long-term relationships.
- Anticipate and identify customer needs, taking responsibility for resolving customer problems and providing effective solutions.
- Work with customers to the highest ethical and professional standards, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and communicating this effectively.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer concerns, providing effective solutions and improving business processes.
- Use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications and experience, including evidence of 'Right to Work in the UK' and a full driving license.
