About the Role

Orbis Education & Care Ltd is seeking a dynamic candidate for the position of Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Estates Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, train, and support a team of up to 12 members, ensuring they receive proper training and coaching to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain the quality of work performed by the team and coordinate skilled workers for specific tasks.
  • Ensure all working activities completed by the team are in accordance with company health and safety systems and HSE legislation.
  • Provide direct support to estate managers and maintain open and direct communication with the estate managers and all relevant teams.
  • Be on call when necessary and complete reports using specialized software on all work carried out.
