About IslaIsla is a unique and special individual who enjoys spending time at home, watching her favourite programmes on STV and films, especially those featuring Colin Firth or Hugh Grant. She is a fan of the Royal Family and would love to visit Buckingham Palace one day. Isla also enjoys social activities, but these must be planned and managed carefully to avoid causing her anxiety.
About YouWe are looking for an effective communicator with a calm demeanour, methodical approach, and a can-do attitude. You will work with Isla and her existing support team to develop her support plan and build on her existing interests as her confidence grows.
