About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Services Architect to join our team at Reed RTS Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, stable, and performant solutions for our clients using Dynamics 365 Field Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of solution architecture designs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Work closely with other architects and the business to gather a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end solution.
  • Ensure designs are simple, using out-of-the-box functionality first, to facilitate easy adoption, support, and upgrades.
  • Develop and enforce architectural principles and ensure consistency with departmental principles.
  • Oversee implementations and technically review output from technical and functional consultants to ensure designs align with architectural and departmental principles.
  • Facilitate demos and customer playbacks to demonstrate functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with specialist knowledge and skills.
  • Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of Supplier Relationship Management and Contract Management.
  • Design and ensure mechanisms are adopted to deliver contract outcomes within budget.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience of designing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Services and Field Service Mobile solutions.
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Experience with defining and implementing teams, roles, and security groups.
  • Designing and building business process flows within Dynamics.
  • Designing and building plugins, Logic Apps, and workflows.
  • JavaScript (preferably TypeScript), C#, and RESTful Web APIs.
  • SQL (preferably T-SQL).
  • Microsoft Power Platform services.
  • Delivering change in a highly integrated complex technical environment.
  • D365 Common Data Model.
  • Version control systems (e.g., TFS or Git), Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Resource Scheduling Optimization.
Desirable Skills
  • HTML,.NET/ASP.NET.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure principles and security.
Language

The language for this role is English (en-US).
