Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. As a key member of our Construction and Property Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to a wide range of clients in the North East of England.

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients to drive growth and revenue
• Manage client and candidate databases to deliver excellent customer service and meet requirements
• Fulfill vacancies with suitably skilled candidates through proactive sourcing and placement
• Grow client and candidate base through business development activities and advertising
• Maintain our outstanding business reputation through quality consultative service
• Achieve individual targets and KPIs, reporting to management through regular meetings
