We are Rusland Pool Hotel, an 18-bedroom hotel situated on the A590, just outside Ulverston. Our hotel is renowned for its traditional food with a high focus on gluten and dairy-free dining, for which we have won many awards. We are seeking a Breakfast chef to join our team, who is both outgoing and a team player. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and the ability to work using their initiative. The role involves working full-time in our busy hotel kitchen from 6.30 am until 2 pm, with straight shifts working 5 out of 7 days. The Breakfast chef will be responsible for cooking breakfast for our guests as well as walk-ins, then daytime preparation and assisting with lunch service. A full knowledge of food allergens is advantageous. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
