We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, promoting water safety and confidence in the water.
Key Responsibilities- Teach swimming lessons to children and adults, following established lesson plans and guidelines
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their swimming skills
- Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for students
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive experience
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in swimming instruction
- Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- DBS check
