Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team in South Leeds. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our email marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Design and send regular email campaigns to our subscribers
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using Google Analytics and other data studios
  • Collaborate with our CRM executive to support campaign rollouts
  • Liaise with our social media and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective
  • Present new ideas and strategies to our board members to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role
  • Ability to plan and execute email marketing strategies and A/B testing
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other data studios
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and other email vendors/platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
