Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our luxury beauty brand's goals and objectives.
  • Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier influencers in the luxury beauty industry, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content that showcases our luxury beauty brand's products and services, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports to the marketing team on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and reach across multiple social media platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in social media and influencer relations, preferably in the luxury beauty industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Tools and Software: Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social, and experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
