Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for product safety, legality, and ethical standards.
- Support global and local suppliers to drive continuous improvement and ensure due diligence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of department plans and KPIs covering food safety, ethical, and regulatory metrics.
- Support the administrative aspect of QMS and HACCP requirements, including completion of traceability exercises and internal audits.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Educated to QCF level 4 – 5 within a Food Science / Technology, Agriculture, or Horticulture discipline.
- Work experience within a food technical function, ideally fresh produce.
- Advanced abilities using the Microsoft package and electronic data management systems.
- Strong communication skills developed from working directly with a demanding customer base.
- A job and finish attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Fluent English both written and verbal.
- Spanish / Portuguese advantageous.
