Key Responsibilities of the Senior Support Worker:
- Ensure that every service user receives exceptional, tailored, and person-centered support.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to the staff team operating within the service.
- Cultivate warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to voice their needs, opinions, and concerns.
- Assist in managing service delivery effectively, ensuring the needs of service users are met.
