Position OverviewWe are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious hotels. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our Food & Beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the entire operation, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.
- Lead, support, and mentor a diverse team to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Exhibit professionalism in hospitality, making every guest feel valued and encouraging team members to do the same.
- Manage departmental payroll budgets and other operational costs, aligning with financial targets to achieve profitability.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
- Foster a positive and enjoyable work environment, inspiring team members to thrive.
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage management within a luxury hotel environment.
- Skilled in managing large-scale events, including conferences and weddings.
- Possess extensive knowledge of wines and the ability to recommend pairings confidently.
- Experience in coaching and developing team members, with a passion for motivating others to reach their full potential.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with both colleagues and guests.
