Position Title: Agricultural Service Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Service Technician to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various agricultural machinery, ensuring high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on agricultural equipment and machinery.
  • Service additional equipment as needed, including workshop tools and machinery.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, reporting any issues to the Service Manager promptly.
  • Participate in training programs as required by the organization.
  • Uphold the company's reputation and safeguard its assets.
  • Address customer inquiries efficiently, providing excellent service through various communication channels.

Requirements:
  • Valid Driving License.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: £16 - £19 (On Target Earnings with overtime potential between £40,000 - £90,000)
Overtime: Additional pay for hours worked beyond 48 per week and double time on Sundays.
Benefits:
