Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-line technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues and escalating as necessary.
  • Manage and resolve escalated incidents, working closely with our service desk team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that our clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our clients, helping them to optimize their IT infrastructure and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and services.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in areas such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and Systems Management Tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, or equivalent experience.
