About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Advisor to join our team at The Cosmetics Company Store. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales through our premium beauty products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience for each customer.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales through our premium beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and create a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
