Position Overview: This role presents an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to collaborate with our HR Development Team. The focus will be on the advancement and execution of a project aimed at overhauling the existing HR & Payroll system, while enhancing the Council's utilization of this new framework to guarantee optimal efficiency and effectiveness for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various work streams related to core HR activities.
  • Contribute to the broader HR & OD initiatives.

This is a temporary position with a defined end date.

Additional Information:

  • This role is open to job sharing.
  • It may also be filled on a secondment basis for employees seeking professional growth and development, subject to managerial approval.
