Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to join our team and support the delivery of prominent projects within the Defence Sector.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with colleagues and client teams across the region, working on a mix of office and client site projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with UK Government organizations
  • Expertise in project and programme management, with a strong understanding of Defence Sector projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage contractors and advisors, ensuring effective project delivery
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or HND in engineering, construction, or a related field, and professional certifications in project management
