Position Overview

Company Overview:

Join a global leader in the manufacturing sector, focusing on personal care products, as part of the brand marketing division responsible for a portfolio of top-tier offerings.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and includes leadership of a dedicated team.

Enjoy a hybrid work model, allowing for 2 to 3 days of remote work each week.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to formulate annual strategic brand initiatives, ensuring regular quarterly evaluations.
  • Oversee P&L management, continuously assessing the effects of strategic choices on brand profitability.
  • Develop pricing strategies, conduct price elasticity assessments, and utilize econometric modeling to guide strategic decisions.
  • Partner with the EU New Product Development (NPD) team to cultivate and sustain the innovation pipeline, identifying new product ideas that capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Lead the development process with the technical team, crafting inspiring NPD briefs and providing clear direction throughout the stage-gate process from concept to final product.
  • Work alongside agency partners to devise and implement comprehensive marketing plans across various media channels, ensuring effective consumer engagement.
  • Guide and mentor your team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager, with readiness to advance into a Senior Brand Manager role or already holding such a position.
  • Experience in managing interns, teams, or external partners is essential.
  • Background in marketing medical or pharmaceutical products is highly desirable.

This role requires candidates to possess the full right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
