About Adjusting Appointments Limited:
We are a specialist national surveying practice seeking to appoint a perils surveyor to deal with a portfolio of domestic and commercial losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working from a home base, the role will cover a geographical area of the region, managing a caseload of claims and losses.
- All losses will be fully project managed on a cradle to grave basis, with losses typically ranging from £20,000 to £100,000, but can exceed this.
- Client relationships will be maintained with insurers and loss adjusting practices.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Candidates must have a proven track record of handling domestic and/or commercial property perils losses.
- Ideal qualifications include MCIOB or MRICS, although candidates working towards this with relevant insurance claims experience within surveying will be considered.
- The ideal candidate will reside in the region.
