Job Title: Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer

Location: Helston

Remuneration: From £45,000 to £65,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Overview

Our client, a reputable law firm in Cornwall, is one of the largest law firms in the region, with a reputation for providing high-quality legal services in a friendly and down-to-earth setting. With multiple offices across the area, they have been serving local individuals, families, and businesses for over two centuries.

Due to significant growth within the firm, they are now seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their busy and rapidly growing Private Client Department in Helston. As part of their team, you will provide comprehensive legal services to clients, managing various private client matters.

  1. Drafting wills, administering estates, and preparing Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPAs)
  2. Handling a diverse caseload from initial instruction to completion
  3. Managing conflicting priorities and maintaining high standards throughout the process
  4. Ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships with clients
Qualifications:
  1. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  2. Proven expertise in will drafting, estate administration, and LPAs
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex caseloads
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
