Job Overview

Customs Clearance Supervisor required by Focus Resourcing Group to lead a busy and personable team. This role offers a competitive annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000, with a standard working week of Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm, and occasional Saturday overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the Air Imports Team to ensure the achievement of general day-to-day criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a timely and efficient manner for all accounts.
  • Customs Clearance Oversight: Oversee the billing and clearance process for air imports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless customs clearance operations.
