We are seeking a skilled Payroll Associate to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for accurate end-to-end payroll processing and management of payroll records using Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
- Resolve payroll queries and provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for the management team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Proven experience in payroll administration, with a strong grasp of payroll systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Competitive salary up to £30,000, depending on experience.
