Role Purpose:
As a Lease Analyst, you will collaborate with the Parks management team to ensure systems are current, analyze relevant data, and support management reporting across various client portfolios in the parks sector. This role encompasses a balanced focus on lease administration and data management, ensuring effective oversight of system reviews, variance reporting, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in property management activities, particularly lease management and administration.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain precise records within the property management database.
  • Oversee the complete data change control process.
  • Compile and generate management reports from diverse data sources.
  • Conduct variance analysis and exception reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses of lease and property-related data.
  • Execute regular data audits to uphold quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with facilities managers, building managers, client accountants, and other relevant teams.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in client-facing situations.
  • Monitor compliance with statutory and internal regulations, ensuring adherence to MAPP policies, RICS, and ISO standards.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in Property Management, with a focus on lease management and administration.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data quality.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and formulas.
  • Experience in variance analysis and identifying discrepancies in data.
  • Familiarity with property management systems is advantageous.

Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 5pm Friday
Salary Range: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
