The Role

As a Private Site Fundraiser, you will be the public face of our charity partners, interacting with the public and securing regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

You will work at various venues, including shows, events, superstores, and shopping centers, with our in-house venues team pre-booking these for you.

The working day will vary, and you should aim to be at the venue when footfall is at its maximum, being flexible with your hours, especially in the evenings.

We provide charity-branded clothing and equipment, as well as an electric tablet to sign up donors.

Requirements
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport
  • Ability to work Saturdays, as weekends are peak times for sign-ups
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Willingness to work outside in all weather
  • Desire to become a passionate advocate for the charity you represent

What to Expect

Our hiring process includes a CV application review, a virtual interview, and a fundraiser experience day, where you will work alongside an experienced Private Site Fundraiser.
