About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our CQC Outstanding Home Instead team as a Dementia Companion. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dementia support and home care in Stokesley and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for the same clients on a regular basis, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Minimum of 1-hour visits every time, ensuring clients receive the attention and support they need.
  • Consistent working times, every single week, allowing for a stable and predictable routine.
  • No experience needed, as we provide full training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required for the role.
  • Flexible hours based on your availability, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
  • Holiday pay and a competitive hourly rate, starting at £13.00ph and ranging up to £20.00ph.
