About the Role
The Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the integration of health and social care services in Pembrokeshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust integrated plan to drive service transformation and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including health and social care professionals, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Develop and implement quality assurance methodologies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Masters-level study or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Recognized project management qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Strong IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets to a high standard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Clear understanding of the transformation agenda and opportunities for redesigning services.
- Mentoring or coaching qualification.
- Demonstrable knowledge of quality improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of performance measurement metrics and results-based evidence approaches.
Language Skills
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post. If you do not meet the Welsh Language requirements specified, the Health Board offers a variety of learning options and staff support to help you meet these minimal desirable requirements during the course of your employment with us.
