ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for addressing the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized care and support. Your position will involve overseeing and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, or care evaluations. It is essential to maintain the dignity and preferences of our residents while contributing to a warm, inviting, and dynamic environment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
To be considered for the role of Bank Senior Care Assistant, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. A solid understanding of clinical care for the elderly is also required. We seek individuals who are compassionate, warm-hearted, and dedicated to providing personalized care and support to each resident. There are ample opportunities for career advancement through continuous training, allowing you to progress into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
