This is an exciting opportunity to join a small Warehouse team and drive new strategies across the Warehouse operation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of housekeeping across the site, ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to, and scheduling daily workload and allocation of staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Recruitment of warehouse team members and HR including performance reviews.
- Taking the lead in implementing new procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- Experience of working within an SME environment managing heavy products.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Able to lead by example.
- Experience of managing a small team able to implement change and improvements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.
