Main Responsibilities:
  • Set and implement store standards and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage and motivate staff to achieve their full potential and meet company expectations.
  • Oversee the implementation of Domino's disciplinary procedures, grievances, and annual appraisals.
  • Manage labour costs, overheads, and budgets to ensure the store operates efficiently.
  • Ensure the effective management of cash and payment systems, IT systems, and data security.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies and activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the store's appearance, image, and ergonomics to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on daily stock levels, food deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Hold regular review meetings with staff to discuss performance, targets, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume retail food service environment.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Desire to progress to an Area Manager role.
