Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Person to join our team at Igloo in Upper Heyford. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring seamless inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Receive and issue stock items, maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and other relevant software applications.
