Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge in food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and prepare menus, ensuring that they are appealing to our customers and meet our high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
