**Working Pattern:** Monday-Friday (37.5 hours), with 3 days in the office

**Purpose:**

The two roles will focus on account management and business development, respectively, with the goal of growing, building, and driving revenue growth by developing current accounts and bringing in new business.

The Senior National Account Manager (business development focused) will collaborate with the Chief of Growth to identify and realize growth opportunities by developing tailored solutions to meet new customers' expectations, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.

This role will involve meeting new customers, developing and building relationships quickly, and selling the company's vision.

The Senior National Account Manager (account management focused) will collaborate with the Head of Sales to drive key account growth by working with NPD and understanding key market trends that support the brand's growth.

The snack industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors, offering opportunities to meet a range of customers from new and exciting brands to big retailers.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a strategy to achieve targets and objectives
  • Build partnerships within various businesses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD to understand growth opportunities
  • Negotiate to maximize business profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify business growth opportunities

**Background:**

  • Food manufacturing experience is essential, with proven retail experience and connections
  • Senior sales background with proven results and the ability to showcase them
  • Inquisitive and innovative mindset, with a focus on driving new ideas
  • Degree preferred but not essential
