As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing a wealth of data views and working closely with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Marketing, Brand, and Leadership Teams. Your role will include identifying opportunities for improvement and growth, and to improve business decision making and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and evolve data views required
  • Report on key business health metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Create data views and reports
  • Provide data to inform content marketing and storytelling
  • Combine external data sources with our data to understand trends vs. the market
  • Evolving methodologies, identifying new reporting and analysis techniques
  • Data Visualization: Presenting all data in easy-to-digest graphical formats
  • Customer Segmentation: Interrogating our Customer Data Platform to understand trends in buying behavior

Requirements:

  • Data-oriented and analytically minded
  • Google Analytics including GA4
  • Previous working knowledge of a Customer Data Platform
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Data Visualization tools such as Looker Studio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python
  • Experience using Google BigQuery, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Experience in the beauty or retail industry
  • Working knowledge of Shopify and Ometria
