Job Title: Energy Technologist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Energy Technologist to join our team at Marstep Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in advancing engineering projects and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in the design and development of technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to advise on customer projects, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to support project decisions.
  • Mentor design engineers and our field engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, development testing protocols, and project reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or a related field).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technology or engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of processes and associated technologies.
  • Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
