Clinical Team Leader

Cygnet Hospital Harrow is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse / RMN or Learning Disability Nurse / RNLD to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of nurses and support workers to ensure effective care delivery and allocation of tasks
  • Ensure comprehensive monitoring and documentation of patient care, including risk assessment and management strategies
  • Coordinate and implement individual patient programs of care, focusing on recovery and independence
  • Act as a role model and mentor to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
  • Collaborate with the Head of Care and Hospital Manager to ensure effective hospital operations and patient safety
Requirements:
  • Current Pin Number and experience as a Registered Nurse Mental Health Nurse / RMN or Learning Disability / RNLD
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to maintain documentation and undertake audits
  • Good understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices
  • Commitment to patient recovery and empowerment, with a focus on reducing risk and promoting independence
