Job Title: Senior Procurement Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Lead to join our team at EngineeringUK. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the deployment of our new S2P Direct Procurement shared template, working closely with Solution Architects and 3rd party partners to ensure a seamless rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the rollout of the S2P Direct Procurement shared template, ensuring consistent deployment across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Segment DT teams to collect and analyze deployment requirements, identifying gaps and developing solutions.
  • Provide expertise and input into interim state design for Business Units, ensuring consistency with the S2P Direct Procurement template.
  • Manage Segment SIs and 3rd party partners to ensure successful deployment, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Own completion of SIT testing, cutover, data support, interface validation, reports, enhancements, automation, and process intelligence validation for the S2P Direct Procurement scope.
  • Develop Global training materials and provide train-the-trainer sessions for the S2P Direct Procurement shared template.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of business functional or SAP implementation experience in Material direct procurement, Supply Chain.
  • Ariba Business Network or similar supplier collaboration platform experience.
  • Experience leading global programs and familiarity with Mars project and program framework is a plus.
  • Functional and Technical expertise in SAP MM, Ariba.
  • Excellent communication skills, Conflict management, problem-solving, drive for results skills.
