About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaner to join our team at The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all public areas, including reception, lobby, and corridors, are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Pay attention to detail and ensure that all areas are free from dust, dirt, and other debris.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest requests.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons and evenings.
