As a key recruiter, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective team members.
Your role will involve passionately discussing our unique offerings and the advantages of joining our team.
We invite applications from organized, driven, and customer-oriented candidates eager to contribute to our HR and Recruitment division.
This position operates Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The role will involve regular engagements at job fairs and community centers.
Your responsibilities will encompass the entire onboarding process for new employees. You will actively cultivate and sustain relationships with potential hires and employment advisors, promoting Home Support Matters as an employer of choice while managing a dynamic workload with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, modify, and post job openings on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Proactively organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events, encouraging job seekers to consider us as their employer of choice in the healthcare sector.
- Establish and nurture relationships with job centers, employment advisors, and other relevant services.
- Review and screen resumes and applications, maintaining a recruitment pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct interviews, process background checks, and request references.
- Ensure compliance with right-to-work regulations and compile onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Collaborate with the training team to communicate onboarding statistics effectively.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities during weekly meetings with management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in customer engagement.
- A minimum of one year of prior recruitment experience.
- Strong administrative skills are crucial; we seek candidates with experience in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Proficiency in social media.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in the Health and Social Care sector.
- Background in high-volume and fast-paced recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
