About the Role:

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in the management of our property portfolio, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the property portfolio and our clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with external suppliers, agents, consultants, and other stakeholders that support our strategy.
  • Proactively manage properties, including management of property managers, vacancies, lease events, and landlord and tenant matters.
  • Undertake market research projects and present findings to the team.
  • Oversee planning applications and manage refurbishment projects.
  • Be responsible for managing and updating the property database, anticipating tenancy events.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Minimum 2 years PQE
  • Commercial Asset Management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of Landlord and Tenant Matters
  • Experience of Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer
