We are seeking a highly skilled FPGA Design Engineer to join our team of talented engineers and contribute to the development of complex FPGA platforms.
The Opportunity:- Design and develop FPGA architectures and implementations for advanced signal processing systems, core embedded processing systems, and safety and security critical systems.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver current and future products.
- Work with other designers to push the use of latest technologies and tools.
- Generate complex FPGA architectures and design implementations using VHDL, Simulink, and other tools.
- Verify FPGA implementations using VHDL and System Verilog/UVM test-bench methodologies.
- Utilize FPGA design toolsets and Mentor verification tools (QuestaSim & ModelSim).
- Develop low-level software (C) to facilitate FPGA test and integration with the wider embedded system.
- Configure and document designs to a high professional standard.
- Education to degree level (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience in the Defence/Aerospace or safety regulated environment.
