Senior Chartered Building Surveyor Opportunity

Carrington West's Property & Building Control division is seeking a highly skilled Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to work in a multi-disciplinary environment, delivering a full range of Building Surveying duties. The successful candidate will have excellent technical competence, strong commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of projects across various sectors, providing a range of building surveying services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Design and specify projects, including Net Zero schemes, to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Conduct due diligence surveys and condition assessments to inform client decisions.
  • Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with designers and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
Requirements
  • BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or a related field, RICS accredited.
  • Full membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Proven experience in building surveying, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
