Supply Chain Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Materials team at The Princess Grace Hospital in London. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive goods receipting services into the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Theatre Supply Chain team to support the needs of the theatres and the wider Princess Grace Supply chain team.
  • Manage goods Inwards, checking and receipting of goods into the Hospital, and ensuring goods are segregated as per requesting departments.
  • Receive, check, and put away Materials Management products at the appropriate locations, identifying and reporting discrepancies as necessary.
  • Perform cycle count for inventory stocks in a timely and accurate manner to maintain stock at an agreed level.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure goods are returned to the suppliers in respect of product recalls and routine returns for incorrect deliveries.
  • Assist with the monthly high-cost consumables count, quarterly consignment counts, and annual stock take.

Requirements:

  • Previous Materials experience is essential, ideally within a theatre environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
