Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Lending Specialist to join our team at ICICI Bank UK. As a key member of our Commercial Real Estate team, you will be responsible for originating, writing, and managing Loan Against Property / Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending business for ICICI Bank UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and develop new business opportunities in the Commercial Real Estate lending space
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, including property developers, investors, and other industry professionals
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment of loan proposals
  • Prepare and present credit applications to the Risk Management Group for approval
  • Manage post-approval requirements, including loan drawdown and ongoing portfolio management
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to raise the Bank's profile in the target segment
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Monitor and report on loan performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate lending or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property valuation, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent credit analysis and risk assessment skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
