Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist in a variety of NHS and private dental procedures, ensuring the patient's care and experience are of the highest standard.
- Provide support and assistance to a wide range of patients, including those with complex needs.
- Follow strict health and safety and infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Accurately complete patient clinical records and maintain accurate logs and checks.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
Training and Development
Rodericks Dental Partners is committed to supporting the development of our Trainee Dental Nurses. We offer a comprehensive training program, which includes:
- On-the-job training with experienced dental professionals.
- Online learning and development opportunities.
- Face-to-face training sessions with our regional training team.
- Completion of a record of experience and written and practical exams.
Requirements
- Dedicated to starting a career in dental nursing.
- Able to commit to a 12-month+ training program.
- Comfortable working in a clinical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain accurate records.
