Job Overview

LVG Recruitment is collaborating with our client to find a Senior Recruitment Consultant to enhance their team. This organization is a vibrant and high-achieving recruitment firm specializing in the technology sectors across Europe and the United States.

Role Summary:

In the capacity of a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with their recruitment requirements. You will engage closely with hiring leaders to comprehend their staffing objectives and provide customized recruitment strategies for each account. A proactive approach to sourcing candidates through innovative methods is essential, along with a willingness to engage directly with potential candidates. You should be a results-oriented professional who excels in a dynamic work environment.

As the team continues to expand, there are clear opportunities for career advancement. You will have immediate access to roles that will enable you to start contributing quickly, while also being expected to generate new business and manage your own client portfolio. After a period of six months, you may also have the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities or build your own team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients within your specialized area.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Design and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Work in partnership with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and provide market insights.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for candidates, utilizing automation tools for support.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and market dynamics to offer valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
