Job Title: Team Leader - Building Control (Building Inspector Class 3 competency)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day management of our Building Control Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 6, including one Senior Inspector, and provide technical and professional leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and operational requirements.
  • Organise and allocate work within the team, ensuring efficient workload management.
  • Conduct Class 3 Building Inspections and other inspections as required.
Requirements:
  • Class 3 registered Building Inspector qualification.
  • Proven experience in building control management.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills.

  • A competitive rate of pay: £600 per day.
  • A 37-hour working week with hybrid working arrangements.
